Job Summary

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all digital platforms. The role involves content creation, audience engagement, analytics tracking, and collaboration with marketing and creative teams.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.

    • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories).

    • Manage social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

    • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond professionally and promptly.

    • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly/weekly reports.

    • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

    • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if required).

    • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.

    • Manage online reputation and handle crisis communication when needed.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and image.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Clap during events in a professional style.

    • Interact with guests in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner

    • Lead games, activities, and interactive entertainment during events.

    • Encourage audience participation and maintain high energy throughout the event.

    • Perform character roles, themed entertainment, or scripted activities when required.

    • Coordinate with event organizers, hosts, and vendors to follow event schedules.

    • Assist with setup and cleanup of activity areas when needed.

    • Ensure safety and positive behavior among participants, especially children.
